Tristan Second Playtest
During this playtest, I got a lot of useful feedback from the testers. I was mainly focusing on two things: the brightness of the level and the player movement speed.
Mostly everyone said that the brightness of the level was good. It was dark enough to be spooky, but not too dark that you couldn't see anything. One person even suggested that the brightness be turned down even more.
As for the player's movement speed, everyone was in agreement that it was a good speed. Exploring the level doesn't take too long, and you're able to outrun the enemy when you're sprinting.
Another bit of feedback I got was about the sounds. Most people seemed to think that the volume of the footsteps, music, random noises, and monster sounds were all too loud. We could easily fix this by brining down the levels and making sure certain sounds have priority over others.

Fish Out of Water
A walking-sim horror game. Definitely not a fishing game.
